One ring to have, and one ring to hold. One ring to bind them until they grow old.
One ring for laughter, another ring for love. One ring for the adventures their life will be full of.
The internet is a magical place filled with cat videos and silly memes of birds with arms. Sometimes, though, the powers of the world wide web (oh, brother, that just made me feel about a bajillion years old) align for a purpose more worthy and noble than procrastination - LOVE. A pairing such as Heather and Robert is the end result when the digital fates draw two souls together.
What began with instant messenger chats and phone calls, and had stretched over seemingly endless months, the saga of the Youngs culminated on April 22, when Heather and Robert committed to the adventure of a literal lifetime. Their feet clad in the chosen boots of great explorers before them - Chuck Taylor All Stars - they stepped forth into eternity under the historic gables of a church raised in the mid-1800's. As friends and family looked on in affirmation, they took and bound together their hearts with rings intended for a quest such as this.
It became clear to all that no ordinary wizard of the photographic arts could serve a call so epic and mighty. Upon the arrival of the signal for aide to our ears in the Great Mountains of Denver, echoing from our homeland of Michigan over the blue waters of Lake Michigan and across the vast Middle Plains, our trek eastward was arranged in order that this union could be documented through dynamic photographs. Tales told to the ages require that their recordings can survive the tolling of time. No foul beast nor fearsome foe could stand in our way of delivering images which would testify to all generations the legacy of this day.
Joined by their most trusted confidants and comrades-in-arms, the two whirled and reeled for the remainder of the evening, possessed by a spirit that none but they could see, though all in attendance could sense.
